All of the following apply to HAPPY RENTAL IKE with iOU VAT number and registered office.
With the acceptance option I accept all of the following:

  • For the date I have chosen I am responsible for the vehicle and am obliged to return it exactly as I received it both externally and internally and mechanically.
  • I’m obliged to return it with the same fuel level.
  • I am obliged both to receive it and to return it to the agreed area, day and time.
  • In case of simple insurance if there is a hit/rolling/damage or other and I am not responsible for it is the responsibility of the insurance company.
  • In case of simple insurance if there is a hit/rolling/damage or other and I am responsible for it I have it and I am obliged to take all the costs of restoring the vehicle to the condition where I received it as well as to take care of the costs for the days when the vehicle will remain in the workshop.
  • In case of mixed insurance if there is a hit/rolling/damage or other and I am not responsible for it is the responsibility of the insurance company.
  • In case of mixed insurance if there is a hit/rolling/damage or other and I am responsible I am obliged to take care of the costs of repairing it until the situation I received as well as the expenses for the days that will remain in the workshop. In case the costs exceed the agreed amount indicated in the contract I am obliged to pay the amount you enter in the contract and the other costs are borne by the insurance company.
  • Any inclination I may receive for any violation of the C.O.C. is a burden on me and I am obliged to pay it off by the day of delivery or to hand over the money to the representative of the company. In case the vehicle due to the violation cannot be used by the company for more days than the ones I have hired, I am obliged to pay these days with the rent due to each day.
  • The company before confirming the reservation in writing by email has the possibility to recalculate the price or make any correction to it. No changes can be made after completion and confirmation.
  • In case I cancel my reservation more than 4 days in advance I am entitled to get up to 50 of the final price of my reservation back. If it is done up to 4 days before receipt I have no right to request a refund.
  • In case of damage, hit, car accident or other fault I am responsible the company is not obliged to give me another vehicle for the remaining days of booking as well as is not obliged to refund the money of the remaining days.
  • In case of damage, hit, car accident or other that I am not responsible the company is obliged to give me another vehicle for the remaining days of my reservation or to refund me the money of the days when I did not provide its services. In case there is a larger vehicle for replacement the company has the possibility to suggest that you pay the difference of the other vehicle.
  • If there is no person to pick up the vehicle in the agreed part day and time the company is not obliged to refund my booking money if the delay is more than 30 minutes. So if the customer wishes to pick up another day the vehicle from the days of his reservation and has no update earlier (at least 2 days except force majeure) he will be charged all days of his reservation.
  • Payment for bookings of less than or equal to 2 days must be made in the full amount by card or deposit or cash at the company’s office. For bookings longer than 2 days a payment of 50 can be made at the time of booking and the remaining 50 at least 2 days before receipt with the same payment methods.
  • In case of choice of biological cleaning the company is obliged to confirm your choice before the completion of the order. In case there is no possibility of biological cleaning it is obliged to return the money of this back or to make some other kind of arrangement. If no common solution is found and you do not wish to make a reservation, you are obliged to refund the full amount of your reservation.
  • The company is obliged to deliver the car to you cleanly inside and outside as well as without problem. The customer has the ability to check the Service book license and the KTEO as well as the user manual and cleaning book provided by HAPPY RENTAL IKE and indicate when it was cleaned and how.
  • I’m not allowed to remove any of the car documents.
  • By accepting the above terms I accept the exercise of any responsibility by HAPPY RENTAL IKE in case of abandonment, hit, non-payment of the reservation and that it has to do with the non-compliance of the above.
  • I’m responsible for the vehicle and I’m obliged to deliver it as I received it.
  • Simple insurance includes: Personal injuries of third parties per victim (1,220,000,00€), Material damage to third parties per accident (1,220,000,00€), Material damage from an uninsured vehicle (6,000,00€), Restoration of a YZ Insured vehicle by accident with exclusive liability of a third known car (6,000,00€), Crystal Fracture (3,000,00€), Personal accident of a driver for death and M.O.A. (15,000,00€), Legal protection (10,000,00€) Extension of the P.S. between vehicles of the same owner. (3,500,00€) and road assistance.
  • Mixed insurance includes: Personal injuries of third parties per victim (1,220,000,00€), Material damage to third parties per accident (1,220,000,00€), Material damage from an uninsured vehicle (6,000,00€), Restoration of a YZ Insured vehicle by accident with exclusive liability of a third known car (6,000,00€), Crystal Fracture (3,000,00€), Personal accident of a driver for death and M.O.A. (15,000,00€), Legal protection (10,000,00€) Extension of the P.S. between vehicles of the same owner. (3,500,00€), road assistance, Covered Vehicle Fire (10,000,00€) and Total vehicle theft (10,000,00€).
