In this case there are two possibilities. If your insurance is simple and in the accident/hit you are not responsible then you will not be responsible for the repair or the days it will make to be repaired and if another car is available a replacement is made otherwise the money is refunded for the days when you will not have a car. If you have simple insurance and you are responsible for the damage/hit/rolling you are obliged to pay for the repair as well as the days when the vehicle will remain in the workshop. If a car is available you can be granted until the agreed day by paying extra on the rental days of the second car. If your insurance is mixed and in the accident/hit you are not responsible then you will not be responsible for the repair or the days it will be repaired and if another car is available a replacement is made otherwise the money is refunded for the days when you will not have a car. If your insurance is mixed and you are responsible for the damage/hit/rolling then you are paid what damage or the amount you enter in the contract if the damage exceeds this amount. If another vehicle is available, replacement is made for the remaining days or you will be refunded the difference in days.
